Thalal Sidhique is a business professional with core expertise in sales, marketing, business planning, and end-to-end operational strategy. His experience spans across service-based industries, FMCG, trading, and D2C startup models, where he has been involved in building, structuring, and scaling business functions with a focus on sustainable growth.

Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with 100+ brands across India and the UAE, contributing to their growth through strategic planning, market positioning, and operational improvements. He currently holds two active full-time leadership roles, Co-founder and Head of Business at Digtel, and Director and CRO at The Coco Factory, where he drives business strategy, revenue growth, and organizational development. In addition to his leadership positions, he also works as an acting strategist and consultant for select brands, supporting them in business structuring and growth execution.
